Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and social media to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Content Marketing: Lead the creation and distribution of high-quality content that aligns with SEO best practices and user intent.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior marketers and creative professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital campaigns, from conceptualization to execution and reporting.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and stay ahead of industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot), and marketing automation software (Marketo, Salesforce).
- Data Analysis: Strong ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: Proven track record of creating compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
