Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the luxury hospitality sector, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize the resort's social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to enhance brand visibility and engage with a high-end audience.
- Analyze web analytics and marketing performance metrics to derive actionable insights and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align digital campaigns with seasonal promotions and guest experience initiatives.
- Oversee the budget for digital advertising and negotiate with external agencies or vendors as needed.
- Drive email marketing campaigns that personalize guest journeys and foster loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for candidates within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a demonstrable impact on ROI.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for high-quality visual aesthetics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
