You'll lead strategy for a $2M+ annual budget and spearhead initiatives that drive 300% YoY growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms with CPA optimization
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Lead A/B testing for landing pages, CTAs, and email sequences to boost conversion rates
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-impact visual and written content
- Present monthly performance dashboards to C-suite stakeholders with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven ROI-driven campaign management
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and technical implementation
- Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Blueprint preferred
- Experience managing B2B SaaS or e-commerce marketing budgets >$500K
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful digital transformations with measurable results
