As a key member of our Growth Marketing team, you'll leverage cutting-edge tools and collaborate with cross-functional experts to deliver ROI-focused solutions. This hybrid role offers flexibility while maintaining office presence in our vibrant downtown SF headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social, email, content)
- Manage $500K+ annual ad budgets with 15%+ YoY growth targets
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, and Tableau
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates across funnels
- Coordinate with design and product teams for cohesive campaign execution
- Present monthly performance reports to C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior marketers and implement best practice documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years digital marketing experience with 2+ years in B2B tech sector
- Proven expertise in scaling organic traffic (SEO) and paid acquisition
- Advanced Google Ads and Meta Ads certification required
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo)
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional projects
- Portfolio demonstrating $1M+ campaign ROI achievements
