Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other marketing automation tools
- Manage PPC campaigns with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to optimize ROI
- Create engaging content calendars and oversee content creation for blogs, social platforms, and email newsletters
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates and user experience
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital assets
- Generate monthly performance reports and present insights to key stakeholders
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and algorithm updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu of degree)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and email automation
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing PPC budgets exceeding $50,000 monthly
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot preferred
