- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates across landing pages and funnels
- Manage digital advertising budgets with a focus on maximizing ROAS and CPA targets
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless customer journey mapping
- Produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends through competitive research and industry networking
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven campaign management success
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo) and CRM systems
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in SQL and data visualization tools
- Certification in Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or similar preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful multi-channel campaign launches
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
