Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the resort's luxury brand identity.
- Oversee SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns to maximize organic traffic and direct bookings.
- Manage and grow the resort’s social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI to optimize marketing funnels and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to coordinate promotional activities and special events.
- Optimize the resort's website and booking engines for user experience and search engine visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or luxury tourism industry.
- Strong command of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and execute campaigns with a high return on investment.
- Strong creative eye for design and a data-driven decision-making approach.
