- Lead data-driven campaign optimization using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Manage PPC budgets exceeding $100K and maximize ROI across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Oversee content creation pipeline including blogs, videos, and landing pages
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experiments
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Generate monthly performance reports and present insights to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with proven campaign success
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing digital budgets and demonstrating ROI
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and HubSpot certifications preferred
