The Role
In this pivotal role, you will be the architect behind our multi-channel campaigns. You will not just manage channels; you will master them. You will have the autonomy to experiment with new tactics while maintaining a rigorous focus on ROI and conversion optimization.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- PPC Management: Oversee Google Ads and paid social campaigns, optimizing bids and budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and other data tools to report on campaign success and identify growth opportunities.
- Content Leadership: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand voice.
- Team Management: Mentor junior marketers and coordinate with external vendors and agencies.
- Budget Management: Manage the monthly marketing budget and forecast expenditures accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Tools: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
