Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end content strategies across digital platforms (social, web, video, podcasts) aligned with brand narratives and campaign goals
- Collaborate with creative directors, artists, and copywriters to produce visually stunning and emotionally resonant content
- Analyze performance metrics using Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to optimize content ROI and audience engagement
- Manage content calendars and workflows using Asana and Contentful, ensuring seamless cross-departmental collaboration
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for content formats, headlines, and distribution channels
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital media, AR/VR content, and interactive storytelling
- Mentor junior content creators and conduct monthly content innovation workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field with 5+ years of progressive content strategy experience
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful content campaigns for arts, cultural institutions, or luxury brands
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and CMS platforms
- Advanced knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and social media algorithm optimization
- Strong data analysis skills with experience translating insights into actionable content strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external creative partners
