Responsibilities
- Deliver ice cream and products to customers safely and punctually
- Maintain product integrity during transit using proper handling techniques
- Assist in loading/unloading delivery vehicles efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage delivery routes and schedules effectively
- Report delivery issues and customer feedback promptly
- Ensure delivery vehicles are clean and well-maintained
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement
- At least 1 year delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Dasmarinas City and surrounding areas
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina for handling product loading/unloading
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking
