Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visual reports
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to support product optimization initiatives
- Document data processes and maintain best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
