Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure accurate, real-time data availability
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and compelling storytelling
- Continuously refine analytical methodologies to improve data quality and reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data technologies
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Azure Data Engineer) preferred
