Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Python to automate reporting workflows
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI for executive decision-making
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate product features and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality and implement data governance standards
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data modeling solutions
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and storytelling techniques
- Monitor KPIs and build predictive models to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis with proven track record in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake/Redshift)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in fast-paced environments
