Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies that drive business decisions.
- Report Generation: Produce clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization by analyzing current workflows and data gaps.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to define key metrics and reporting needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying, and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excel: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
