Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and optimize user engagement
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection processes and pipeline efficiency
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, compelling data narratives
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data warehousing concepts
