Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and develop automated reporting frameworks
- Conduct A/B testing and hypothesis validation to optimize product performance
- Document data processes, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI highly desirable
