Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts across federal networks to detect and respond to cyber threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on government systems
- Develop and implement security protocols and incident response procedures
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during cybersecurity investigations
- Provide security awareness training to federal employees

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CISSP, Security+, or CompTIA CySA+ certification required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity operations
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
- Knowledge of NIST frameworks and federal security standards
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
