Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve complex product inquiries, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Provide product training and guidance to new and existing clients to ensure product adoption.
- Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with the product team to suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
