Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer concerns with a focus on first-call resolution and service quality.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant guidance to users.
- Consistently meet and exceed established KPIs related to CSAT and response times.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance communication and soft skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
