Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via voice, email, and chat channels.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate and efficient resolutions.
- Document customer interactions with precision in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs regarding CSAT and resolution time.
- Actively participate in continuous training and quality assurance feedback sessions.
- Contribute to a positive team culture through mentorship and peer support.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple CRM platforms and digital tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, shifting environment with high agility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a significant advantage.
