Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via voice, chat, and email channels.
- Provide accurate and empathetic solutions to complex customer concerns.
- Maintain high CSAT and Quality Assurance scores consistently.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements.
- Adhere to security and data privacy protocols at all times.
- Meet and exceed daily KPIs and performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent conflict resolution and active listening skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
