Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer escalations with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system with high precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve recurring product issues.
- Maintain adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including CSAT, AHT, and FCR.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and soft skills.
- Contribute to team meetings with constructive feedback to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in multitasking across multiple applications.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- College degree or equivalent vocational certification preferred.
