Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support via voice, chat, and email channels.
- Resolve complex product or service issues with precision and professional empathy.
- Maintain deep knowledge of client protocols to ensure high CSAT and NPS scores.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM to track service trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve recurring technical issues.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance performance metrics.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security guidelines as per industry standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven atmosphere.
- Advanced multitasking skills with proficiency in common CRM platforms.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or equivalent vocational training.
