- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing personalized solutions and proactive support.
- Document customer feedback and feature requests to influence our product roadmap.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our software platform to guide users through complex workflows.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve escalated platform issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve support documentation and self-service resources.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure or escalated situations.
- Tech-savvy with experience using helpdesk software like Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve processes.
