Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate bugs and feature requests.
- Develop and maintain internal knowledge base articles to improve self-service support.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new accounts to ensure rapid time-to-value.
- Monitor customer health metrics and reach out to prevent churn.
- Document all interactions in our CRM with precision and detail.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, success, or account management roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency with modern CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex workflows.
- Commitment to maintaining high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and NPS scores.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business or communications.
