Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our enterprise client base via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot technical inquiries and provide effective, timely solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to document product feedback and identify recurring bugs.
- Maintain a high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score by ensuring professional and empathetic communication.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or account expansion.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM platform.
- Participate in regular team meetings to refine support processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a client-facing role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Proven ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
