Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
- Resolve complex technical inquiries and product-related issues via email, chat, and phone.
- Identify opportunities for product adoption and proactively offer solutions to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to escalate bugs and feature requests.
- Maintain high CSAT and NPS scores by delivering timely and accurate resolutions.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for new enterprise clients.
- Analyze customer feedback to drive internal process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Customer Success or Support.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and navigate complex CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and customer trends.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly office environment.
