Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume queue of client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer pain points to drive user retention.
- Collaborate with the product team to report bugs and suggest feature enhancements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS platform to provide expert-level guidance.
- Document customer interactions with high accuracy in our CRM system.
- Onboard new users and conduct virtual training sessions to ensure platform adoption.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proven ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
- Experience with helpdesk software such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
