Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch support to global clients via live chat, email, and video calls.
- Analyze complex technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams for swift resolutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite to provide expert guidance and training.
- Proactively identify account risks and implement retention strategies to reduce churn.
- Document recurring issues to contribute to our internal knowledge base and product roadmap.
- Consistently exceed KPIs related to response time, resolution accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume customer service or support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot) is required.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot software-related issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
