Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital communications with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services with first-contact resolution
- Maintain detailed CRM records with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and AHT targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in BPO/telecom industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma; college graduates preferred
- Valid NBI clearance
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
