Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to resolve escalations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to enhance customer value.
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service or support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
