Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and courteously handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions thoroughly and accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes.

Qualifications

  • At least a High School Graduate; College level or Graduate is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Previous experience in a call center, BPO, or customer service role is an advantage but not required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!).
  • Willingness to work on a night shift schedule and during Philippine holidays.
  • Amenable to working on-site in Taguig, Metro Manila.
