- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure comprehensive customer care.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support tickets to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
