Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining brand standards
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Adapt to evolving products and industry regulations
- Meet/exceed performance KPIs including CSAT and AHT
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal/written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Fast typing speed (40+ WPM) with high accuracy
- Positive attitude with resilience in high-pressure scenarios
