Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (FCR, CSAT, AHT)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce/Zendesk
- Collaborate with team leads for continuous improvement
- Participate in quarterly training programs
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in English with neutral accent
- Proficient in Windows OS and typing (35 WPM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible to work on rotating shifts
- College degree or vocational certificate
