Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to internal processes.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into our CRM systems to ensure information integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the support team.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
