Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve technical and billing issues with first-contact resolution excellence
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
- Participate in quarterly feedback sessions for service enhancements
- Maintain deep product knowledge through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year BPO or customer service experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written/spoken)
- Proficiency in Windows OS and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including night shifts and weekends
- College degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Must pass background and credit checks
