Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Document detailed customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM systems.
  • Handle complaints and escalations with professionalism, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Collaborate with team leads to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level targets.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products/services based on customer inquiries.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
