Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Build rapport with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Document detailed customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM systems.
- Handle complaints and escalations with professionalism, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level targets.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products/services based on customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computers and MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role is preferred but not required.
