Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting KPI targets
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain call quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and enhance customer retention
- Adhere to data security protocols and confidentiality agreements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- 6 months+ customer service or call center experience
- Excellent English communication skills with neutral accent
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and pre-employment assessment
- Proven track record of meeting performance metrics
