- Document interactions and track issues in CRM systems
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service improvement opportunities
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate solutions
- Exceed satisfaction metrics while adhering to SLA standards
- Train new team members on service protocols
- Proactively identify and escalate complex issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in SaaS or tech
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Spanish fluency is highly valued
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Customer certification (e.g., CCXP) preferred
- Experience with quality assurance processes
