Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in CRM system with precise detail and timeliness
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service efficiency
- Maintain expert knowledge of product offerings and company policies
- Contribute to team knowledge base through case documentation
- Support escalations from junior agents with complex scenarios
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service or related support role
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proven ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Basic data analysis skills with Excel or Google Sheets
