Responsibilities
- Oversee the creative production process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality visual standards and brand consistency.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for diverse media projects, including video, photography, and interactive installations.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
- Mentor junior producers and creative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital media, motion graphics, and emerging technologies to drive innovative solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and creative talent to execute projects on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in media production, creative direction, or digital marketing roles.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end creative projects within a budget and strict deadlines.
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse mix of video, print, and digital assets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
