Qualifications

- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and modern motion graphics tools.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor cross-functional creative teams.
- Deep understanding of current digital media trends and social-first content strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative visions to executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.
