Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Direct end-to-end media production, including photography, motion graphics, and editorial content.
- Mentor and foster a culture of creative excellence among a team of designers, copywriters, and videographers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
- Oversee brand consistency across all platforms and ensure high-level aesthetic standards are maintained.
- Manage budgets and production schedules for multi-channel media initiatives.
- Present creative strategy and concepts to stakeholders and high-profile clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in agency or in-house creative leadership roles.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating mastery of visual storytelling, branding, and typography.
- Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and growing creative talent.
- Experience in managing complex production timelines and multi-disciplinary creative projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts.
