Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of multi-platform brand campaigns.
- Direct internal and external creative teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Develop visual storytelling frameworks for digital media, social, and print.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into high-impact creative strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end production pipeline, from mood boards to final asset delivery.
- Mentor junior designers and art directors to foster a culture of creative excellence.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in design, technology, and media consumption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in agency-side creative leadership.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating brand identity, motion design, and art direction.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creatives.
