Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in art direction or creative lead roles within a top-tier agency environment.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual design, typography, and brand storytelling.
- Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern generative AI creative tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of developing talent and fostering inclusive creative cultures.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related communication field.
