Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of global brand visual campaigns.
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia artists.
- Define and maintain brand visual guidelines across all media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing leads to translate business objectives into creative assets.
- Manage the end-to-end production pipeline, from initial wireframes to final delivery.
- Present creative strategies and pitches to high-level stakeholders and clients.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends, AI integration, and media technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in agency or in-house creative leadership roles.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and cross-functional creative teams.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana or Notion.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex creative concepts.
