Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a creative team of designers, copywriters, and video producers to ensure output quality.
- Direct end-to-end production of high-fidelity multimedia campaigns from ideation to final delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into compelling visual stories.
- Oversee artistic direction for long-term campaigns to ensure brand consistency and evolution.
- Identify emerging media trends and incorporate them into our creative workflow to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Communications, or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in agency-side creative direction or senior content roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with modern production management tools.
- A robust portfolio showcasing cross-platform storytelling successes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performance teams.
