Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end campaign development from concept to execution
- Mentor and direct a team of 8+ creatives with performance reviews
- Present creative solutions to executive stakeholders and clients
- Manage project budgets and timelines using agile methodologies
- Drive innovation in emerging media (AR/VR, interactive installations)
- Ensure brand consistency across all client touchpoints
- Collaborate with strategy and analytics teams for data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years in creative leadership with 3+ agency experience
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across media
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and KPIs
- Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or related field
- Certification in project management (PMP or Agile) preferred
- Experience with multicultural and global campaigns
